With Beltex Whole Body Health you get your very own health coach who is dedicated to taking the time to listen to your concerns and determining which is the best path for you to achieve your health goals. To make that possible we have put together a comprehensive health program which combines detailed health assessments with personalized support.

Which Program for You?

We have many programs - each as individual as you are. Depending on your state of health, your time and committment as well as your budget. For most of us our current health is a byproduct of ten, twenty or more years of neglect and to create a lifestyle of lasting health and vitality it takes time, effort and a commitment to yourself.

So, what do you need to do?

Step 1:
Start with your FREE 15 minute assessment. Either over the phone or in-person it is an easy to use questionnaire. This gives you a better understanding of your current state of health and clarifies which areas are the most important to work on.

Step 2:
Decide which program suits you, your lifestyle and what you would like to achieve the most.

Step 3:
Commit to the program 100%. Change can often be challenging to begin with and we all have ups and downs, it’s important to understand this and know that it is all worthwhile in the end.
